Hey Lovelies!
Welcome to my blog!
Allow me to introduce myself to you - my name is Tzveti Aralova and I am a Reporting SME for Concentrix Bulgaria by day and a health freak by night (or early morning).
As for my education, I am a Master in Legal and Social Psychology, graduated from Sofia University in 2013.
I've been working out and eating well since my early teenage years, where I discovered purposes of the human body, other than eating pizza and hanging out with the other kids; namely, feeling well, not getting sick, being able to climb mountains and perform sick ass moves. It's also nice to have a hot butt, you know :)
So, time has led me through a variety of different sports - capoeira, muay thai, weight training, yoga, pilates, mountain climbing, etc... Nowadays, I stick to the weights, yoga, pilates AND my newest passion - TRX. I like me the occassional run or mountain hike, too.
I'm also a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor and teach classes at KULT GYM (info on that soon!).
Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of home workouts, because they save time, money and can be customized to your own convenience and specific needs. This is why you will find lots of home workout plans with different exercise types, intensity and duration. I hope you enjoy them!
You will also find recipes for my favorite meals and smoothies. NOTE: ALL my meals are vegan or vegetarian - I have always hated the taste of meat.
Being employed full time + the classes I teach, there isn't much time for cooking so most of my recipes are easy and quick. Fortunately, I recently did what smart people around the world have already done years ago - I bought a Multicooker. No more late night kitchen prowling for me! So, I'll also post all the yummy Multicooker recipes I prepare, so you can enjoy them too :)
I really hope you have fun reading this blog and that you find it useful! Its purpose is to share with you what I have learned sports- and nutrition-wise and to help you improve yourself.
I promise to post pretty pictures, sweaty workouts and yummy food.
With Love,
Tzveti,
Your Tomato Monster
